How to store carving tools
Carving tools, especially chisels and knives, are very sensitive to storage. Even while using them, be very careful not to let their edges touch or even face each other because they can get chipped. Also try to avoid accidentally pushing them off the bench. Store them in a very dry place, because steel rusts, oxidizes easily. It is best to use a holder with lots of pockets made from canvas or denim which can hold them side by side, lying with their blades up and down alternatingly. Wooden holders and boxes are also comfortable and practical means of storage. In the followings I'll present some solutions.
